Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- With original tags attached
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for:
- Different sizes (if available)
- Same item in a different size only
If you need a different style or item, please return your order and place a new one.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Clearance items (if applicable)
Return Process
To start a return:
- Contact us with your order number
- We’ll provide return instructions
- Ship your item back to us
- Wait for confirmation of refund or exchange
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
